Construction of phase one is due to begin in 2008 and complete 2011. Work on Phase two will then begin, with the scheme due for completion in 2013£600M retail and leisure redevelopment in the heart of Sheffield anchored by House of Fraser and Debenhams. Sevenstone will be located to the west of Pinstone Street, between Barkers Pool and Moorhead. It will cover a 20-acre site, create 860,000ft² of prime retail space and will involve a major re-design of the heart of Sheffield.
