June 2014 M7 Real Estate has sold the estate to Brockton Capital and Dunedin in a portfolio of 20 mainly industrial assets for £50.3m. Jan 2003, The Ashtenne Industrial Fund Limited Partnership completed the purchase from the Imperial Pension Fund, for £7.14 million, reflecting a yield of 8.45%. GVA Grimley acted for Ashtenne, with DTZ Debenham Tie Lung acting for the Imperial Pension Fund. The 16,132 sq m (173,647 sq ft) Severnside Industrial Estate currently has 13 tenants, with 2,253 sq m (24,262 sq ft) vacant.
