Frimley Square is a high quality office development comprising office buildings ranging from 27,000 sq ft to 49,000 sq ft set within an enclosed semi-urban campus in Frimley, close to Junction 4 of the M3.LSH acquired the whole of Frimley Square (with tenant only breaks at the 15th year) across each of the buildings at a rent of £17.50 per sq ft, in November 2006 on a 20 year lease. An undisclosed, substantial rent free period was also agreed.
