Phase 1 consent exists to develop a high-bay B2/B8 production/warehouse unit of 58,000 sq ft approx with 10 metres to eaves and arranged upon a plot of 3.18 acres. Under option Phase 2, on the opposite side of the trunk road, provides up to 105 acres, where we are currently engaged in working up the planning for business purposes through the local plan review.

Located adjacent to the northern end of the motor racing circuit on a highly visual and prominent site, with extensive frontage to the A11 trunk road, with phase 2 on the other side of the A11
