The park comprises a retail park of 15 retail warehouse units arranged around the customer car park with key tenants including M&S, Next, Boots and Best Buy. There are two restaurant units at the entrance to the scheme let to Frankie & Benny’s and McDonalds.
Aintree Retail Park is prominently located on the A59 Ormskirk Road, which is the main arterial route linking the M57 and M58 interchange and Liverpool city centre. The junction with the M57 and M58 Motorways is approximately half a mile to the north and the city centre is approximately 6.5 miles (10.5 km) to the south.
