Anchored by Reel Cinemas, Phase 1 of the development will also include a 36,000 sq ft ice rink operated by Planet Ice, Frankie and Bennys bar and restaurant together with 600 car parking spaces. In addition, Phase 1 will provide up to 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of retail space and a 6,000 sq ft (557 sq m) restaurant unit, each capable of sub division, together with a further 26,500 sq ft (2,461 sq m) leisure unit. There will also be a second stand alone restaurant, subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion in Autumn 2010.
