Carphone Warehouse is already open for business and the development has also delivered a 45,000 sq ft building that will house both a Health and Fitness Club and a retail unit together with a further 1,500 sq ft retail unit and an additional 160 car parking spaces. Phase 2 opens in Summer 2011.
