TEP will be designed and developed to a high standard with quality infrastructure and buildings to match. There will be a number of features of the Park which make it that little bit special. These include on site security, a childcare facility, a 4 Star hotel and impressive landscaping.In October 2006 Thetford was awarded Growth Point Status by the Government reflecting that from now until 2021, and even beyond, Thetford and the surrounding area will become one of the fastest growing areas in the East of England. From now until 2021 around 5,000 new houses and many of the predicted 6,000 jobs for Breckland will be delivered in Thetford.
