The first phase opened in March 2004 and is home to Aldi, Brantano, B&M Bargains, Carpetright, Pets at Home, Homebase, Choices and McDonalds. The second phase delivered a JJB health and fitness centre In July 2006. Phase 3 saw Argos take a 10,500 sq ft unit at the park which is now complete. The Three Lakes retail park is situated on the A1041 Bawtry Road, close to its junction with the A63 Selby bypass. It is situated in an affluent part of the Yorkshire region.
