Formerly known as the Victoria Circus Shopping Centre, this is now under cover, and has over 40 stores. Argos, Wilkinsons, H Samuel Jeweller, HMV, Starbucks, New Look, Games Station, Specsavers Opticians, QD, Peacocks, and Mini Ha Ha. There has been a substantial refurbishment of the shopping centre providing an attractive modern shopping environment for retailers and shoppers. The Victoria Shopping Centre is at the top-end of the High Street, with direct access to Southend Victoria train station.
