The recently completed Westway Retail Park increased the retail offer within the area and additional services are available in the nearby Cumbernauld Town Centre.

The Estate is located on the south side of the A80 dual carriageway approximately 1 mile to the north east of Cumbernauld town centre with the property benefitting from frontage onto the A80. Access to the A80 is within a half mile drive of the subjects. It is situated approximately 11 miles north east of Glasgow, 15 miles to the south of Stirling and approximately 40 miles west of Edinburgh. The town is located on the A80 between Glasgow and Stirling and affords excellent road communication links with Junction 3 of the M73 and Junction 4 of the M80 both approximately 3.5 miles distant. The main route through the town is the A80 trunk road which is currently being upgraded to motorway status with completion anticipated in 2011. Cumbernauld benefits from two railway lines offering services to Glasgow and Edinburgh as well as a number of other towns in the Central Belt. Glasgow and Edinburgh Airports can both be easily accessed from the town and Cumbernauld also has its own airport for private aircraft.
