Waterside is a modern covered centre that includes a Bingo Hall. It is an important part of Lincolns retail offer. The centre benefits from a loyal catchment given its isolation and is reasonably well let.The Waterside Shopping Centre is in the centre of the city between the medieval Stonebow and the High Bridge over the River Witham. The city is feed by both the A15 (from the north) and the A57 (from the south). There are a number of car parks in the city centre. The most convenient ones for the centre are Broadgate and Lucy Tower. Feb 2011: Capital & Regional purchased from clients of PRUPIM for £24.8m at a 7.68% yield.
