Wellheads Industrial Estate
Wellheads Industrial Estate is located approximately 7 km northwest of the city centre, on the eastern boundary of Aberdeen Airport (Dyce). Wellheads Industrial Centre benefits from excellent road and rail communications, and the development is situated close to Wellheads Drive, which in turn adjoins the A96, the main Aberdeen to Inverness trunk road. Road communications are expected to be further enhanced by 2013, with the creation of the new Aberdeen Western Peripheral Route (AWPR) which will skirt the western boundary of Aberdeen Airport linking it into the southern bypass of the city. Dyce also benefits from a rail link to the city and onwards to the north together with a frequent bus service. Surrounding occupiers include; Rolls Wood Group, Wood Group Accessories & Components Ltd, Iron Mountain (UK) Ltd and Haliburton Manufacturing & Services Ltd.
