Tenpin Bowling will be anchoring a new 140,000 sq ft leisure/retail development at West Point , St Helens. Tenpin Bowling will occupy a new 26,000 sq ft state of the art bowling unit, providing 22 bowling lanes and a family entertainment centre to include American pool, ancillary bar and restaurant. Opportunities exist for A3 operators to occupy four new restaurant units configured in a terrace adjacent to the bowling unit, providing units from 1,500 sq ft to 3,810 sq ft. In addition there will be a retail terrace providing a range of units from 2,734 sq ft to 3,778 sq ft.
