Dransfield Properties and Gallagher Developments are working together with Countrywide Properties are working together to bring forward a £30 million redevelopment of land including the former Assa Abloy site and Clemson Street car park.Plans were approved for this scheme in June 2007. Contracts exchanged with WM Supermarkets for the freehold of the site and work to start late 2008.
