Atlantic Park was bought for £21m at the end of 2005 from investment group Atlantic Consortium.Atlantic Park sits within the Atlantic Gateway Strategic Investment Area, which is to receive substantial European investment under the EUs Objective One programme for Merseyside.More than £1.8m of improvement work include enhancing security and road access at the Dunningsbridge Road site, are the first stage of Atlantic Parks redevelopment which is expected to be complete in the autumn of 2006.
