A new format in town centre retailing, this 3300,000 sq ft town centre hybrid retail development was opened in March 2006 and is home to a tenant line up including Debenhams, H&M, Next, Primark, HMV, JD Sports and River Island. Feb 2011: Henry Boot Developments sold Ayr Central Shopping Centre to Sovereign Land and AREA Property Partners for £33.8million.
