A mixed use scheme in the city centre which will include retail, residential, hotels, casino, leisure and car parking. Phase 1 saw the development of the existing multi storey car park. Phase 2a will see the building of the Gala Casino, Premier Travel Inn, Metro Bar and Grill, Bella Italia and Pizza Express. Phase 2b will see the the building of further hotel and offices and phase 3 will provide a residential courtyard.
