In conjunction with Close Investments, an industrial estate was purchased by Citygrove with a pre-let agreed with Toys R Us. Citygrove negotiated a planning consent for the Toys unit which opened in summer 2009. Subsequently, Citygrove achieved consent for a further retail unit which was pre-let to Snow & Rock and American Golf. Sep 2101: Citygrove & Close Brothers sold to standard life for £14.5m.
