Blenheim Grange will comprise of 6 retail units and is anchored by a convenience store let to Spar. The 5 remaining units can be amalgamated to from larger units if required.
The Blenheim Grange Local Centre will have direct access off the B1108 Norwich Road. In addition to the existing residential community a further 650 units are being built around the Local Centre, taking the total housing numbers in the immediate area to over 1,000 dwellings, plus a new 64 bed care home.
