Bottings Industrial Estate was built in the 1970s of steel portal frame construction with part brick, part panelled elevations. The Estate comprises a total of 98,953 sq ft arranged in three detached blocks; one terrace fronting Hillsons Road and two terraces either side of a spur road. The units range in size from approximately 5,000 sq ft (454.50 sq m) to 13,500 sq ft (1,254.15 sq m). The typical minimum eaves height is 6 metres (20 feet). Each unit has a delineated forecourt for parking and loading and two units have the benefit of enclosed yards. Bottings Industrial Estate is situated close to the A334 with good access to junctions 7 & 8 of the M27 motorway. Access to the Bottings Industrial Estate is via Station Hill (B3035), the main road between Botley and Bishops Waltham. The Estate is approximately 8 miles east of Southampton city centre between Hedge End and Fareham. It is also well situated for Southampton International Airport 7 miles away.
