Brook Park forms part of an English Partnership/East Midlands Development Agency regeneration initiative and will eventually provide 38 hectares (93 acres) of commercial development land.Sportsworld currently occupy 25 hectares (63 acres) on which 600,000 ft² of a consented 1,300,000 ft² has been built forming Sportsworld’s national distribution centre.
