As part of the programme to link the revitalised Cardiff Bay with the thriving city centre, Callaghan Square has become an established major new strategic location for national and international business. Grouped around a classically landscaped square adjacent to the bustling city centre, it will offer a combination of highly specified headoffice/ headquarter buildings and easy access to quality amenities.The first phase is now currently occupied by Eversheds, Allied Irish Bank and ING Direct.
