There are multi-occupier buildings for companies that require flexibility in terms of size of unit and length of lease while bespoke buildings can be designed to meet the unique needs of an individual occupier. Companies have the option of buying their building outright or leasing it, either as a shell and core, or partly or fully-fitted out. The costs of fit-out can be rentalised to reduce initial capital outlay.
The Campus is located 2 miles south of central Cambridge; 2 miles from the M11 motorway and 7 minutes from Cambridge railway station where trains take just 45 minutes to central London. In addition to the new Cambridgeshire Guided Bus, the Campus is served by up to 60 buses an hour and is only 30 minutes from Stansted airport.
