Angel Gate is a modern gated courtyard office scheme originally developed in the early 1990’s, comprising two refurbished Georgian buildings fronting City Road with new, low rise office units in the courtyard behind. There are several pedestrian and vehicle accessible gates around the property with a large secure basement car park.The Courtyard units are of brick and traditional slate roof design with timber raised floors and designed to be occupied either as self-contained buildings or floor by floor. All units have their own gas fired central heating system; most have lifts and some have additional comfort cooling. Many of the office units were sold to owner-occupiers but a number remain tenanted.
