20.9.9 Irish developer, Treasury Holdings, applied to turn the site into £5.5 billion residential complex with 3,700 homes, Offices, Shops, Theme Park, and Restaurants, but must crucially have extension to Northen line tube from Kennington to Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station.
