The buildings will be of red facing brick with feature walling to entrances and incorporating sections of double glazed curtain walling. All buildings will incorporate “brown roofs” and be of steel frame construction with pre-cast concrete floors and roof plates. The internal fi nishes to be agreed to the occupiers specific requirements.

Cheltenham Business Park is on the western edge of Cheltenham, accessed off Grovefield Way with a return frontage to the A40 Golden Valley By Pass. The proposed development is exceedingly well located being just over 1 mile off Junction 11 of the M5 approached via the A40 and 3 miles from Cheltenham Town Centre. The development adjoins the established Park and Ride for Cheltenham with other local facilities in the area including B&Q, a Travel Lodge and restaurant all within easy walking distance.
