The estate is located just off Great Western Way dual carriageway via Cheney Manor Road, which in turn gives access to Junction 16 of the M4 Motorway, 3.5 miles to the west. The estate comprises 8 industrial units of traditional steel portal frame construction built in 1970 and 1994.
