Corum Office Park is situated off the A4174 Avon Ring Road, and located mid way between Emersons Green Village and Longwell Green. The A420 runs approx 100 yards from the end of Tower Road North / Crown Way and the A4 is approximately 1.5 miles to the south. Motorway access to J19 of the M4 is via the A4174 and J1 of the M32. J18 of the M4 can be accessed via the A420 and the A46. The office park also has direct access to bus routes 319 (linking Keynsham to Cribbs Causeway) and 43 (linking Bristol City Centre to Cadbury Heath). The Bristol / Bath Cycleway runs past Corum Office Park.
