The site comprises approximately 17 acres (6.86 hectares) of naturally occurring agricultural land. The subject land is situated on the eastern side of Mill Lane approximately 350 metres to the south of its junction with Walcott Road.
Location
Billinghay is a village and civil parish in the North Kesteven district of Lincolnshire. The village, situated approximately 7 miles north east of Sleaford, 14 miles south east of Lincoln and 12 miles north west of Boston, lies on the B1189 (Walcott Road) near its junction with the A153. According to the 2011 census the parish had a population of 1,808.
