The site is all open, mostly surfaced with a mix of cobbled stones and tarmac. It is accessible from a double metal gated entrance with a personnel door directly from Meath Road. There is drainage on site in multiple locations and it is believed to have a water supply although yet to find out on a power supply. It has been used as an industrial storage yard in previous years although residential development could be possible, subject to planning permission from the local authority, Newham Council. The yard is located on the eastern side of Meath Road less than 50 metres from its junction with Stephens Road. Plaistow Road is also only a hundred metres away.
