The front of the site is in a prominent visible location just off a mini roundabout linking a new housing estate and a slip road joining the A30 dual carriageway westbound. The site is visible from the busy A388 roundabout linking Launceston to Tavistock and Plymouth. There is an area of the land which is outside of the Sellers Title (see next page).
